There are two general classes here on Thursdays, in the Meeting Room - a wonderful calm space. When it's warm we go into the lovely garden.

MORNING FRIENDS (9.30-11am) and EVENING FRIENDS 7.30-9pm

Dates: 19th April, 26th April, 3rd May, 10th May, 17th May, 31st May, 14th June, 21st June, 12th July, 19th July – 10 classes - £100 for the term including home practice handouts every week.
