Nightingale Yoga
These classes are in my sitting room.
When it’s cold I light a real fire, and when it’s sunny we go into the garden – there’s plenty of shade for anyone who doesn’t want to be in the sun.

Each group has 11 classes this term – £88 including home practice handouts every week.
Tuesday 1.30-3pm
Dates:
24th April, 1st May, 8th May, 15th May, 22nd May, 29th May, 12 June, 19th June, 10th July, 17th July – 10 classes - £100 for the term
Friday 10.45-12.15
Dates:
20th April, 27th April, 4th May, 11th May, 18th May, 1st June, 15th June, 13th July – 8 classes - £80 for the term
